INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER

Analyzed needs and developed 14 courses in technical subjects, assorted seminars in photographic and video topics. Integrated a diversity of methods into effective training: videotaped instructor modeling, guided practice on production machinery, independent practice on the job, adjusted for a range of reading skills on instructions and assessment. Utilized computer programs to facilitate training. Designed worksheets and learning packages for specialized courses. Simplified complex sequences into basic sets of steps: Beaverton School District 48, Portland Community Collage, Professional Photographers of Oregon, Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District.
